It’s my favorite breakfast recipe right now, because of its convenience.

Vanilla Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding
Serving Qty: 2
Serving Size: 1 cup
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp. pure maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup mixed berries
– Combine almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl and mix well. Leave in fridge overnight or at least an hour.
– Stir well and mix in fresh berries.
Healthy Tip: This makes 2 large servings. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
